As they did last Friday, the Sudbury Wolves are moving up the game time of the Oct. 29 match against the Soo Greyhounds by an hour to accommodate Game 5 of the World Series.

Rather than a 7:05 p.m. start on Wednesday the puck will drop at 6 p.m. instead, the team said in a news release.

“This will  allow Wolves Nation to catch Game 5 of the World Series at 8 p.m.,” the team said in the release.

Doors at Sudbury Arena will open at 5 p.m. for the match (or 4:30 p.m. for season ticket holders). Oct. 29 also marks the first time the Pack celebrates Retro Wednesday this season. The players will be sporting retro green jerseys for the match, as they did during the home opener.

Tickets for the game are on sale now online here or at the Sudbury Arena box office.

The team also invites fans to support the Play It Forward 50/50 program, in partnership with the YMCA of Northeastern Ontario.

“Proceeds from Friday’s jackpot draw will ensure every child in Sudbury has the chance to play, grow, and belong – as funds directly support local families and children who might otherwise miss out on the benefits of sports and recreation,” the teams said in the release.

Play It Forward tickets can be purchased online here or in-person at Sudbury Arena until the end of the  second intermission on Oct. 29.
