City of Greater Sudbury staff get long weekends, too, meaning various municipal services will be unavailable during the civic holiday on Monday.
The following municipal services will be closed to the public on Monday:
- Tom Davies Square
- Landfill and waste transfer sites
- Greater Sudbury Public Library branches (including Citizen Service Centres)
- Municipal pools and fitness facilities
- Greater Sudbury Animal Shelter
The Recycling Centre will be open, and residential waste collection will not be affected.
GOVA routes will operate on a holiday service schedule.
