Canadian rock and roll/country and western band The Sadies will perform at Knox Hall in downtown Sudbury, Sunday, Aug. 3.

Formed in Toronto in 1994, the band originally consisted of Dallas Good, Travis Good, Sean Dean and Mike Belitsky.

Dallas Good, who died in 2022, and Travis Good are brothers — sons of Margaret and Bruce Good, and nephews of Brian and Larry Good from the Canadian country group The Good Brothers. The Sadies are known for their unique blend of influences, including country, surf and garage rock, and for their collaborations with other notable artists.

"Join us for this rare opportunity to see one of Canada’s musical treasures in acoustic form. Don’t miss out on this one-of-a-kind experience!" said the press release.

Showtime is 7 p.m. Purchase tickets online here.
