Sudbury murder suspect Noah Singh remains on the run, wanted in connection to a fatal April 21, 2023, shooting at the Overtime Sports Bar on Notre Dame Avenue.

Wanted for his role in an April 2023 shooting in Sudbury, Noah Singh is now the tenth most wanted person in the country according to the BOLO program, an independent initiative that helps police amplify the search for wanted people. BOLO stands for “Be On the Look Out.”

Singh sits at No.10 on Canada’s list of the 25 Most Wanted and faces several charges, including party to first-degree murder in relation to the April 21, 2023 shooting at Overtime Sports Bar on Notre Dame Avenue.

Images of Singh, then 19, were first released to the public May 12, 2023.

Greater Sudbury Police have reported the evening saw multiple men involved in a verbal altercation at the sports bar. The group was ejected from the bar, but according to a statement issued by the owner of the bar, a group involved in the altercation returned a short while later and fatally shot 22-year-old Joe Cabigon

On April 29, 2023, Toronto police arrested a 16-year-old they believed to be the shooter; through their investigation, GSPS found that Singh, who was on court-imposed conditions at the time, was with the teen on the night of the killing and was involved in the murder.

The shooter’s name was not released due to their status as a young offender.

In May of 2023, GSPS located a Dodge Ram pickup that was not only used to transport the accused involved in the Cabigon murder, but also aided in the theft of pieces of heavy equipment back and at the time. When the truck’s driver was pulled over in a traffic stop, the truck contained more than $205,000 worth of illegal drugs.

“Noah Singh is believed to have fled the Sudbury area and his whereabouts are unknown,” stated Crime Stoppers when they announced a reward for information about Singh. “Do not approach Singh as he is a dangerous person.”

Anyone with information related to the whereabouts of Noah Singh is asked to contact police at 705-675-9171 or Crime Stoppers at 705-222-8477.
