Science North is delving into leadership development with Leading Blue, an immersive experience that builds better leaders through skill-building, strategy and self-awareness.
Hosted at Science North, this half or full-day retreat helps organizations cultivate leaders who think strategically, act with purpose and lead with confidence.
More than just skill-building, Leading Blue creates an environment where leaders learn to coach with clarity, take decisive action and connect with authenticity.
The program combines dynamic workshops, team-building activities and customizable options to meet each team’s unique needs.
The program is led by Science North’s Senior Manager of Learning & Development, Liz Ott.
She brings deep expertise in leadership, emotional intelligence, innovation, and adult learning. Ott has delivered results-driven programs for clients such as Scotiabank, AbbVie and leading academic institutions including Duke CE and McMaster University.
“Strong leadership doesn’t happen by accident,” said Ott. “Too many managers are thrown into leadership roles without the training to succeed. Leading Blue changes that — one immersive experience at a time.”
Whether you're building stronger teams or developing confident new managers, Leading Blue offers a bold new approach to leadership that sticks.
Teams are invited to a free one-hour discovery session to learn more about the program. Contact Science North’s Sales Lead, Marija Bernstein at 705-561-5925 or [email protected] to schedule your session, discuss your team’s goals, and explore how Leading Blue can be customized for your needs.
Science North said a full-day session starts at $532.50/person, while a half-day session starts at $367.50/person.
