1944-2025
It is with great sadness that the family announces her passing in Sudbury, on Friday, November 7, 2025 at the age of 81 years. Daughter of the late George and Rose (née Desjarlais) McIvor.
Loving wife of Harold “Harry” Konowalchuk. Cherished mother of Tara Hreljac (Mathew) and Stephen “Steve” Konowalchuk (Kyla). Beloved grandmother of Kaitlyn, Kyle, Kiera and Kiana. Sister of the late Alma Splett (late Harry). Dear aunt of Fay (John), Elaine (Dave), and Evan (Pearl). She will be lovingly remembered by her cousins out west – Rosalie, Jeannette, Elizabeth, Pitou, friends and neighbours.
The family would also like to give heartfelt thanks to the staff at HSN and the ARCC, as well as the ongoing oversight provided for 40 years by her family physician, Dr.K.Deblacam.
