Don’t hop past your chance to join the Junction Creek Stewardship Committee at their fundraising Fall Frogs & Fungi: Paint Along on Oct. 7 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at the Timberwolf Golf Club in Garson.
As the committee said in a release, it will be an “inspiring toad-ally awesome evening of art and nature.”
In a press release, the stewardship committee states that at the event, artist Katie Fenerty will guide participants through a Frogs-and-Fungi-themed painting.
“Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced artist, this nature-themed art night is the perfect way to unleash your creativity while supporting local conservation efforts,” states the release.
All painting supplies are included, and no experience is necessary, “just bring your creativity!”
Participants will also learn about the ecological importance of frogs, fungi, and healthy ecosystems, while enjoying a fun evening of art and community connection.
