Are you ready for Christmas holidays and a brand New Year?
I am.
I really don't have any chores to do for the holidays. I'm just staying in a positive mood and patiently waiting for the “special” food and toys that I'll most likely be getting.
My mom had taken me in to a few stores already for her shopping, but I have noticed that there were not as many people in the stores as I remember from last year. Have you noticed this as well?
I mean, I suppose shorter line ups are great, but I enjoyed the hustle and bustle of people. I saw more people last year, which meant more smiles that I was able to experience and soak up.
Maybe the shoppers are behaving more like the erratic weather we've been getting. Sheesh! Snow, rain, melting, freezing. I never know which sweater or coat I'll be wearing from day to day.
I feel a bit like one of Santa’s elves with my red hat on, and I wanted to wish you all a wonderful holiday and heart felt celebrations.
