This week, Northern Life refused to endorse a candidate for today’s provincial election.

For media types like me, elections are a bit like Christmas, full of excitement and the promise of good things to come. We don’t really get caught up in the promises, mind you.

There were several important and interesting stories in the news this week. Taking a bird’s eye view as I looked over the pieces we brought to you, it seemed I could draw a theme from the items the reporters here at NorthernLife.ca covered.
